"Called Mr Ben in 2018 for an emergency septic clean out. I called a few companies and he was the first available to come out. He was friendly and seemed very informative. As he pried and pulled our lid off parts of it broke off. Ben acted like it was no big deal and said he had a way to fix it. Once he stared vacuuming our tank he said he didn’t think our thank could be completely vacuumed out due it to being too thick. He said our tank will be good for 5 more years and when we called him he’ll be able to clean it out thoroughly. Ben put our lid back on and proceeded to fill the cracked holes with plastic bags. Not knowing anything about septics I paid and thanked him. Fast forward to now our septic is full again. Initially I called Ben again and did not get an answer or call back so I called another company who came out next morning and we already had the lid exposed with a silver dollar sized hole where Ben had stuck the bag in. The new company guy I called mentioned a filter and that our system may be a 2 part. He quickly located another lid and the filter and completely vacuumed out both sections of the tank out and cleaned out our filter and. The very informative Mr. Ben bud not once mention a filter or thought to acknowledge a second chamber or even try to fully vacuum out the first chamber. Ben Septic was good for an emergency call but I would not recommend for him for full septic service and maintenance."
