"I didn't get the chance to use this business because I was ghosted. Scheduled an appt with Kyle on Tuesday for Friday, texted Friday to confirm the job was complete- no answer, no response to my text or call on Saturday. I understand mix ups happen and sometimes the ball just drops, but I really would have appreciated communication and ownership to the mistake. At least let me know It wasn't done so I could make arrangements to do so. Unfortunately went with someone else to mow and edge for us."
