"Inventory: Great selection of bikes. All in good condition. Not sure if test rides are available. As a former Car Salesman/ Regional Automotive Operations Manager- Staff was slightly dismissive seemingly based off my appearance and questions. Sales rep I did speak with briefly promptly stated that the vehicles are a luxury buy and that credit needed to be at 650 or higher regardless of cash in hand. Cash options are available but is not openly advertised. No one walked up or greeted me. Asked a young lady if budget friendly KTM bikes are available for beginners. She promptly answered NO and walked off without asking or waiting to see if I needed assistance. I would recommend if you have the credit standing or cash available. Other than that. Staff is seemingly unwilling to help. PS. I had the cash on hand but opted to hold off as I did not feel seen."

"Bought a bike from here last April. The bike was delivered defective, missing a clip on the foot brake making the brake unusable. Took a week to repair. Then I noticed THE WARNING STICKERS WERE PAINTED OVER ON THE GAS TANK. Like seriously? Then I call them up they're like ok, we'll get a new tank. Crickets. Never hear from them again. A year goes by I call them up they say they had gotten the tank but had to send it back after 90 days. Ooookkkkkkaaaaaayyyy. Get it again, this time received an email they got it in. Call the schedule a time, cause I didn't want to just show up and have to leave my bike for 5 hours, they said when I scheduled it would be about an hour and scheduled me for MEMORIAL DAY when they're CLOSED. Seriously. If I could add a sticker to the review I would."

"Best place to get a motorcycle in Philly and the surrounding areas, Vince helped my brother get his bike. He had the bike in stock when other places did not. They have lots of variety to choose from street bikes to chopers to scooters. If you need assistance I recommend to ask for Vince he’s a great sales manager. If i could give this place 10 stars i would. Don’t go anywhere else to shop for a motorcycle instead go here ONE THOUSAND PERCENT RECOMMENDED!!!"

I have purchased a large amount of bikes at other places and most act like they can’t help u out, these guys go out of the way to help you out even once the paperwork is done and they got paid. Trust me Vince Jr is the best n makes you feel like a big spender even if it was only goggles, guys on street road Honda are not nice and felt like they didn’t want to help me"
