"I've been training with Josh for the past few months, and it has been a game-changer for my health and fitness goals. He's incredibly knowledgeable and adaptable as a trainer. When I started, I was dealing with shoulder pain, which required me to avoid overhead lifting and undergo six weeks of physical therapy. He even went above and beyond by accommodating specific workout requests from my physical therapist. He modified these exercises to effectively target the muscles that need strengthening, expediting the recovery process. Additionally, I hadn't exercised in a while and needed to gradually get back into more intense workouts. Josh created customized routines that allowed me to progress at a comfortable pace. Even when I injured my ankle during a walk with my dog, Josh found ways to work around the injury, keeping me motivated to continue. Now that I've been cleared by my doctor to resume overhead arm exercises, the workouts have become challenging yet achievable, and I'm seeing remarkable results. My mobility has improved, my joints no longer ache, and I have a surplus of energy. Josh also gives really solid diet advice. His suggestions, along with recommended apps for tracking macronutrients have been effective and I'm not hungry. In addition to being a skilled trainer, Josh is great company during workouts. "I’ve been training with Joshua for almost 2 months now and the experience has been great. I appreciated my initial consultation were we talked about my personal fitness goals and did an overall assessment of my general health, like my sleeping patterns and current nutrition. The gym is personable, private, looks nice, and has a good feel to it. Thus far, I've lost over 4lbs and can lift 115lbs on my back doing squats - which was never ever the case before. Josh is a master at his craft and super supportive/encouraging. I'd highly recommend him."
