"Do not work with Bilenky Cycle Works. I was told my job would take a month in February of last year, but it ended up taking over seven months. Steve ghosted me and then lied to me multiple times about the progress on my bike. He also lied to my local bike shop several times. He sent me an “overdue invoice” notice before the work was done, and then he ended up doing a fraction of the work I was billed for. He told me he would refund, but of course that was a lie too. Please find anyone else to work on your bike. This is not a reputable business."

"Tricky to reach on the phone but after calling every other store in town they were the only ones who had the tools needed to work on my bike. And unlike other stores they weren’t fazed by old parts with obsolete standards. Haven’t encountered a better shop anywhere."

I also had part of the rear Campagnola deraileur hanger replaced and painted. All the work looks better than new. I'm amazed."
