"It’s great. It’s a tough workout and it will take your body a few classes to get acclimated. If you’re on the fence, you can get 2 weeks for the price of a drop-in class($20)…now hear my story. I walked past this gym for like 6 months before my girlfriend at the time coaxed me into joining her for a class.
