They call the sessions “small group personal training” and that’s exactly what it is - even better because Jared and Zach each bring their own tips and tricks so you’re always improving and learning. I never thought I would enjoy group weight-lifting and assumed all small group gyms had the rah rah intensity of CrossFit which I’ve avoided since it’s advent - I was so wrong. G-Strength offers a go-at-your-pace approach and an awareness that one size does NOT fit all. "I can narrow down my experience to one term - genuine interest. My trainer, Jared, has made sure that every workout takes into consideration my previous injuries and limitations. I have stayed away from personal training, and the gym in general, in order to avoid further injuries to my knee. Jared made me comfortable from day one. He encouraged me with his exercise modifications to regain my confidence in the gym so that I progress beyond where I was at prior to my injuries. Even when I have suffered set backs, he stays in touch with me outside of the gym to keep my motivation and commitment in check. The facilities are top of the line and the availability of equipment is the best I’ve experience in a fitness studio. Every gym in the area suffers from overcrowding. Thanks to their scheduling software, I am sure that there will be space for me to do my workouts in a timely manner. The gym also provides app to help you stay on top of your workouts so every week you continue to challenge yourself even further.
