"Excellent, no-frills gym with all of the necessary equipment and plenty of space. Definitely perfect for a serious lifter or bodybuilder. I ended up moving into a building with a gym that was just a better fit for me personally and when I forgot to cancel Sonny was understanding enough not to keep my money when I emailed him right away. Find me another gym owner who would do that when it was 100% my fault for misreading something about the autopay in the sign up. He obviously cares about more than just money and it shows. Will highly recommend this gym to anyone, especially those who have had bad experiences with dishonest and opaque policies at other gyms."

"Out of all the gyms I’ve tried in the city. Bamn is by far the best I’ve used. Plenty of equipment, and even when it’s busy, you’ll never have a problem finding something to use. Highly recommended for anyone serious about getting an amazing workout."

"Best gym I have joined in a long time. Smaller size and very friendly ppl. Very affordable and has everything you need for strength training and cardio. I saw personal training available too but did not use it. I would recommend this gym to anyone."

"This is a great space if you are okay exercising alone. There is no staff on site; however, the owner is very responsive and available. The equipment is great and it is fixed quickly when it breaks. My only negative is that it could be a bit cleaner. Overall, it is a great space for a great price when comparing it to other gyms in the area."
