"First of all, Jackie is just a sweet, friendly person yet professional in every way. The grounds are always immaculately clean with a good sense of security always present but with what teachers call every "blue card" an invite to visit and use imaginable. The lines of communication with Jackie have improved over the previous management and I simply couldn't ask for more from Kings Bay Mini Store. There is also a Ms. Linda who sometimes acts as a "fill in" and she also is a super people person yet professional in every way and both Jackie and Linda if they do not have an answer to a question they tell you how they'd find out and set a time to check back with them-usually at most 24 hours-which is awesome customer service. I have only great things to say about Kings Bay Mini Store and I've used them for about 20 years and this is the best they have ever been...I need to explain for the "Yankees" that sweet in the south means that she is interested in her clients and their specific needs. Up North it's all about the garage here she likes to know what may be special about you-my wife is hospitalized currently and I may be a day late due to that. In short they care and will do all that they reasonable can be expected to work with you."
