Reviews
"This was a random cool find driving between St Mary's historic downtown to the Crooked River State Park. A beautiful old surgar mill historic home built in 1825 called the Tabby Sugar Works owned by John Houstoun McIntosh. It was a massive ruin still su h a solid structure and amazing to walk through. No restrooms that I saw, but a walking trial we did not have time to explore. Need to go back!"
"Nice set of ruins along the roadside. My kids enjoyed exploring the old ruins and imagining what would have been there. Two picnic tables available before the ruins."
"Just a small piece of history and so we'll preserved. A bit tricky to find but we'll worth the effort. If you get a chance and you don't mind doing a little bit of searching, it's a treasure worth investigating."
"Throughly enjoyed our visit to see some history, grounds are clean and beautiful spot! Picnic tables for eating what you bring with lots of shade, look forward to going back"
"This is one of those hidden Gems!!! You should take 15 minutes out of your Day and stop by. Be careful you could drive right past it. Big beautiful Oaks, lots of shade. Try to imagine, all hand built in 1825 pretty amazing. Look for the Wood still in place above the Door.... Window????"
