"A lot of the negative reviews "were" true. I live here. The previous owners let a lot of the places go. Fortunately however there are new owners who have removed many of the older homes and replaced them with new ones. I enjoy living here and the staff is polite and helpful. I gave it 4stars bc it's not this Ritz, it's a mobile home community. There are two pools and a large front park area for kids to play. There are so many kids in this neighborhood here too. I really do enjoy it here. I also wanted to add most of the photos I see here are after a hurricane. The water doesn't stand like that unless there has been a torrential downpour."
"Nice mobile homes. There starting to bring the place alive. Homes are getting remodel. Big rooms in the inside & have ur own parking spot. It's pretty quiet. Girl's in the office & Maintenance crew are nice & friendly. Things get done in a timely manner. Only down fall it's the cats out side scratch the cars. When it rains there be puddles but u can get in or out."
"Staff is rude, they won't come and fix things for you, they ride their side by side all hours of the night, doing burn outs and playing loud music. They went in my house while I was not home and took what they wanted.. 90% of the people there are on drugs and have their dealers over all the time.. when it rains the whole front entrance floods and you can't get out. One half of the trailer park doesn't even have people living in the trailers so they're charging more for rent, there are to many ran down nasty looking trailers. In my trailer the floor was caving in,the roof leaked. Heater didn't work, and one of the bathrooms showers didn't work. And they always had excuses as to why they couldn't come fix the stuff. I honestly recommend living somewhere else unless you enjoy loud rude trashy people."
