"Upon moving into the complex it was very apparent their ads were falsified. My Husband and I agreed to take an older apartment thinking it would be old... but cared for... WRONG. The cabinets in both vanities and all of the kitchen were falling apart so bad I received splinters on my legs from brushing against them in shorts. There were numerous things that were upsetting on the day we got the keys such as; literal inches of dust on fans, tops of door frames, and air vents. Overspray from the paint on ceilings, trim, and floors. A massive leak under the kitchen sink, food grime left in the fridge, the stench of cigarette smoke, nicotine dripping off the fixtures (AC adjuster) and much much more. When we called the property manager we were told "you agreed to take and older apartment". And they comped a fraction of the first months rent. When we were outside the partition on our patio nearly fell on us, then when we complained about the safety it took 2-3 weeks for it to get fixed and upon our move out after 4 months it still was incorrectly repaired and not painted. Even after explaining that they were not to enter the apartment without permission because we "stay strapped or get clapped" the maintenance men were still in our apartment twice. One of the times our countertop was chipped approximately 2 inches and he pulled a towel from our drawer and tried to cover it. After 4 months we decided it would be best to move into a home that is nearly falling apart because even still it was more cared for than these units and did not have the lack of care from management for their own crew or their tenants. (Aside from Yolanda in the office, she was extremely kind and helpful the entire time) for the 1,025.00 a month rent and $150 electric in our 800sqft apartment I do NOT recommend this place. Oh and after looking at photos I took I remembered the insane amount of bugs left in the light above the stove... where you cook dinner..."
