"Update (April 12, 2023): I visited USPS to express-mail an envelope overseas. Semonia and another woman admittedly did not know how to prepare my envelope for shipping. Not only did they both tell each other they were unsure of how to help, but they were also visibly frustrated by the line of guests. Fortunately, I did not pay for my packaging label as they were rushing me to, because they never figured out how in their system to correctly categorize my envelope. They even pointed to an option on the screen and said "Maybe this is right? You know what? Sure, it's this one." The other woman, whose nametag I couldn't read, began yelling when she saw the paperwork I had: "We don't do Chinese here! In here we speak English, we don't do any of that Chinese stuff!" My envelope was being mailed to Japan, and the address was written in English. Her explosive reaction given the situation makes me question if she has the patience and open-mindedness necessary to help people ship mail. If they're not being trained well on how to do their jobs was not the issue, I believe prejudice played a significant role in my ultimately not being helped. I can't imagine how a guest of Asian descent who may be overhead speaking an Asian language might be treated here... I don't know if these staff members are new but I have never had such difficulty and blatant carelessness. I was told with attitude to try UPS or FedEx or something else instead. On the same day, I went to another post office and was in and out within 15 minutes. Original review: Asha has been wonderful! I had three priority express mail packages that needed to be prepared within a few minutes. And during another visit, she helped prepare 28 of my packages for shipment! She is thorough, patient, informative, and very kind."

"Had a package I mailed out for ebay not move for over a week. Asked this branch for help in locating and getting information on it and they basically told me I'm SOL. I then called the office in NH that would be receiving the package and that office was extremely helpful and found information for me. The package is now being delivered today. Really opened my eyes to how unhelpful the management is in htown. Shame."
