"Gethsemane Lutheran Church has always been my church “home”. I started Sunday School at Gethsemane when I was three years old, and I was confirmed and married at its altar. Both of my daughters were baptized and confirmed at that same altar as well. I look forward to having our family’s next generation join us in worship there. Even though I moved to Blairstown over thirty years ago, I continue to drive an hour round-trip every Sunday to worship with my church family, the most wonderful congregation in the world! Gethsemane is a nice blend of long-time as well as new members, young-at-heart and young, and we welcome all who come to worship with us. "We visited the VBS Gethsemane in 2014 which was great! My daughter loved it very much and she would sing the songs that she learned at home all the time. After the VBS ended the pastor invited us to church service the following Sunday, we loved it so much that we made it our home church."

"Small sweet bible centered church. Pastor Terry is gifted with wisdom and knowledge and the sermons are biblical. There are now bible studies and small groups offered. Pastor gives children's messages and loves on the children which is very encouraging for the younger soldiers of Christ. Sweet music ministry where the Music Director allows children to play piano and flute to GOD's glory. Come and learn as a visitor and pray where the HOLY Spirit wants your family to grow in Christ."
