"Customer service sucks everywhere these days so I really appreciate when it doesn’t. Whoever was working drive up on 1/18/24 in the evening did a fantastic job. She saw I had bags in my truck and took the time to put the groceries neatly in the bags while it was 10 degrees outside and snowing. Five stars."
"This place is my second home lol. Staff members are friendly and helpful, place is clean, sometimes the clearance area aren't as organized but I understand some customers aren't considerate and just throw things around. Checking out is easy, they have regular assisted checkout or the self checkout, never have had an issue returning items, drive up is super convenient and fast, location is close to my house. I recommend this target to anyone in the area :)"
"Both security guards blatantly and discriminatory followed me all the way through the store and back to the front end. I am a frequent customer and have worked in security and loss prevention for 15 years. The two gentlemen on the nightshift on 12/1/23 desperately need training before they score target a lawsuit."
"I’ve visited this target in the past and everything here was up to par. Every aisle/ section was well organized, neat, and tidy. But it looks like every time I go here it gets messier and messier each time. Not only that it gets messier but they fail to fulfill my needs. The clearance aisle is a mess!!! There are clothes thrown all over the floors! Some of the items do not have a price tag on them. The staff members here are very polite, and helpful and will go out of their way to help you look for what you need! I have a lot of faith in this target and hope that it gets back on track like how it used to be! Even though I had a bad experience, I was able to find what I came here to purchase."
