"Stay far away if you expect assistance. e had to wait for insurance to approve it and I lost time and money at work because of this. I said I can’t wait anymore I’ll have to come back but the smoke odor made me sick. He said let me swap the vehicle again. So I came up as he said he would have it cleaned because it was never done. When I showed up the manager there, I can’t remember his name asked why I was there again. I told him John who is the assistant manager told me to come in cause the vehicle wasn’t cleaned and reeks like smoke. He said well it’ll come back. I said I’m pregnant. I can’t take the smell. He said I’ll do what I can and put a can of something in the vehicle. John came in and swapped the vehicle and waived the gas fees coming back which was very nice but unfortunately the good doesn’t out weigh the bad. Customer service can not be taught, empathy can not be taught and Ava and the manager at the location should not be in customer service. They were so mean, and so heartless and didn’t even care about my situation."
"Sean helped with the rental on pick up and drop off. He was very easy-going with great people skills. Originally I wanted a sedan and was upgraded to a small SUV because they didn't have a sedan. Same price! No argument from me. Everything is electronic, no "paper". Agreement and then receipt were emailed. So easy and out the door! Car was clean and in perfect shape. No complaints! I prefer Enterprise for the quality. They don't disappoint."
"It seems the location is experiencing high demand. Even with a confirmed reservation, I had to wait for the car to be ready. I was told after I arrived at the office that they will call me when the car was ready. I was already drop at the office and I had a business appointment to make. After I complained, I was told to wait and they would get a car that was just returned ready for me, as a courtesy they allowed me to return the car without refueling. Service was good, but they are room for improvement."
"Upon my return and receipt sent to my email 5/28/24 10:40am. I received a phone call about 4:35pm stating there was an awkward situation with the vehicle, the passenger mirror “fell off”, implicating I was at fault .! There are and were no visual signs of the car being damaged at all, we did not have any accidents in the car, additionally my family literally drove from North Carolina and arrived that morning with obviously the mirror still in tact.! The gentleman stated he drove the car to get cleaned and after it was cleaned, they drove the car again to which the passenger mirror came off. He also stated he would have to report this incident to my insurance .! The gentleman never sent any pictures before and after nor explained how upon me dropping the rental car off and him driving it to get cleaned the car was intact, and after said car wash is when the passenger mirror mysteriously came off. I feel like this gentleman tried to falsely accuse me of damage to seek monetary gain of some sort. I do not trust your employees nor do I trust an employee who is not experienced in car mechanics accusing me of damage 6 hours after the car was dropped off and I received a receipt . You should thoroughly investigate this location of false claims and charges .!"
"Thank you for a great rental experience! The service was efficient! I did not reserve a car due to an unexpected break down. They had a comparable vehicle available and when I dropped it off, I didn't have to wait for a courtesy ride to my dealership. I had to extend my rental day by day based on my repairs and extending the rental each day was very convenient and easy."
