"We had a very good experience at this dealership, particularly in comparison to the several other dealerships we visited prior to visiting Peruzzi. Our first salesperson was both informative and honest about what he wasn't sure of as a relatively new employee; I very much appreciate that over someone who makes up information to secure a sale or preserve their own ego. That salesperson was out of town when we returned to lease the car, but he made sure we knew he would not be available and handed us off to a very knowledgeable salesperson to complete the transaction. There were some technological issues that made our transaction take longer than expected--poor internet connection, down Nissan website for contract generation, etc.--but they were very apologetic. I'm assuming that's not the norm and would not hesitate to return to the dealership for future cars."
