"I had a two seater 09’ BMW to trade in and kept it honest with the work it needs. They were more than glad to take it and even generously gave us a little extra for it. We were setup with Andrew Line who was patient, non-pushy, transparent, and his customer service was A1 ! Me and my wife is always nervous walking into dealerships due to scams and dishonest sellers. We just knew we have a baby on the way and would like a SUV with trunk space, safety, and reliability. "definitely inconvenient after purchasing a new car... Found the vehicle online sent electronic message they reached out for a time to see it. Even had car moved from NJ to Fairless hills Pa. Rob G, Awesome guy does good work not good enough to get me to my target number (still $40 bucks per month over but it's came down from $100 over) he got a sale March 30 They sold me a car without emissions and state inspection stickers (unfortunate) and asked me to set up a time for service when I work 20+miles away during their business hours (inconvenient). Before the sale I noticed three rock chips in the front windshield (They said in writing it'll be fixed) They found a bunch of problems with the car during inspection and need an additional day to remedy it. (Super inconvenient) Upside they're covering the cost of repairs. unfortunately they didnt inspect the car prior to selling me the car. I'm 5days into car ownership and really not pleased (4/3/24) The next day from posting the above review Christian from their corporate office calls (very polite and above the board) he sets up possible solutions to get my car to them without missing work. We agree on a plan Friday but life happens and I needed them to change. Christian was very respectful, considerate and responsive. I dropped off my car Monday evening and they dropped me at Enterprise where besides the $50 deposit and gas Auto Lenders covered the rest. I got my car back today Tuesday. I was told all the work was done and rock chips fixed, the rock chips are still noticable but I'll check in the morning incase the resin just needed to cure"
