"Timely service, replaced airbag on recall, updated my maps. Great Service Writer, very pleasant to deal with. Nice waiting area. The only downside was the volume on my radio didn’t won’t when my car was done with the above. Told the Service Writer, they took it right back in for a Tech to figure out what happened and fixed it. It worked when I brought it in. Satisfied with the work done. They could have wiped off the greasy handprints on my driver side car door. My husband is a Tech elsewhere; he wears gloves so this doesn’t happen to vehicles. Same with the dirt on my WeatherTech floor panel. Should have put a paper down to prevent this; they are right there outside the Service Writers door."

"I leased an EnVista for my daughter at this location. Unfortunately, I just had a major surgery for a medical emergency 2 weeks prior to getting the lease. Jason and Joe were super helpful and accommodating to my needs as I was still recovering from the surgery. They took the time to explain the process and send the paperwork over prior, so I could apply and look over everything before I arrived at their location. It was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend them to my family, coworkers and friends."

"So I bought a 2024 GMC terrain from this dealership. Joe the sales manager was the one who sold me the car. I specifically asked Joe to have the car detailed and brought inside so I could check the car for scratches before I purchased it . On 1-13-24 I went to pick the car up . It was raining and I couldn’t see the scratches on the car. A few days later after I washed the car for the 1st time the scratches were very visible. I asked Joe to correct it he said he would polish the car and use touch up paint to fix it . However all they did was buff it the scratches are still visible. I texted Joe and told him that the problem was not fixed he never responded and refused to take my calls . Buyer be ware"
