"The salesperson I worked with was great. They made the experience painless. However, the person who actually went through the contract signing was rude to me. He made some unnecessary comments about the vehicle I was trading in during the interaction. He also tried to pressure me into buying extra coverage that I didn't want or need. I understand that this person is supposed to try to upsell to the consumer. But his tactics are questionable at best, and it was an insulting experience."
