"Your bathroom on the third floor is horrendous!! It’s worse than a gas station bathroom. There are no toilet paper holders. The trim is coming off all over the place. I’m not sure if it’s cleaned regularly or if it’s more of the regular appearance of run down ness from 30 years ago. Please do something to make it more like a bathroom a law office customer or a doctors office patient would use!!!"
