"Although I have always enjoyed shopping at LOFT stores for many years, the events that took place recently specifically in this shop have significantly diminished my experience. Two of the same sales rep I have encountered twice were very unpleasant and prejudiced. They would accuse you of false statements and trying to circumvent the system when it was just a simple return and within the store policy clearly posted online. But due to their ignorance, on all occasions, I was subjected to a very condescending attitude when I was very calm and factual with my responses while explaining why their claims did not make sense. They leave a bad taste in a well-meaning customer's mouth, that the impression translates onto the rest of the company."
"Employees are always super helpful and nice at this location, and store is clean and well organized. Great customer service. I find this Loft in particular never seems to have my size in anything I like so I wish I could actually buy things here more often."
