"Stephanie is absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful. She offered assistance and was very polite. When we inquired for an item's price she immediately checked on it and made sure to print a price tag so any subsequent customers would not be confused. She was extremely pleasant to interact with. We came near closing time but she said she didn't want to rush us (definitely not your typical retail worker). She was just genuinely a kind person. This store was smaller than some other locations so less merchandise and options but I would return to shop at this location for this service."

"Used to buy from Eddie Bauer for quality flannels at affordable prices. Those times are gone. I am not paying over 70 dollars for a basic flannel shirt."
