The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour. The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The owner's genuine concern for my situation and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me. "I took my iPhone to get fix today. In the service was great. He took the time out to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He fixed it in less than in hour and charge me a good price. "I've been coming here for almost two or three years. I always manage to crack my phone screen in some way or another, but Sire has always come to my rescue. He's fixed countless of broken screens and mine is no different. My phone has always been returned in perfect condition - give or take, a few bug problems but that has also been fixed as well. The price is also very very reasonable. Aside from that, Sire is a humble man and is very understanding. However, he does not play games. He gets the job done. He will tend to your problems in time, but he does have a tiny habit of making people wait a while. That seems to be the only issue. Everything else is great. All in all, I have always been happy every time I left the store. The man is an absolute pleasure to talk to and if you have time, talk to him if you can.
