"We had a delicious dinner and learned a lot about some but not all of the appliances we are considering. For example, there was nothing about any oven other than the steam oven. Also, given that Chef Robert is a fan of induction cooktops, it seemed odd that almost everything was cooked on gas. I assume that's because there's only one small induction cooktop in the demonstration kitchen. All in all, we enjoyed the evening."
