"For a small business, I'm was really impressed. Their customer service hot 5/5 for me. Delivery was on time as promised. I purchased a dryer from m this company. The staff was very informative, they asked the necessary questions, like where it's going in the house, the size of the doors for the basement and with those information, I had a smooth delivery. What stood out the most was that they had to break down my dryer and they did it with ease as my doorway was 25". The level of professionalism is something to talk about! I've found a new store to shop!"

"I happened to stop by this store a week ago. I must say they have really great prices. Shelly assisted me, she was extremely helpful with my purchase, she was also very knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. At first I ordered a set of washer and dryer from Lowes who refused to break down the appliances to go in my basement so I had to return them but this store was very helpful. They delivered on time and also broke down the washer and dryer plus installed the set. I called them two days after the purchase of my appliances as I remembered Shelly told me that they offer after service repairs. My tennant complained about her refrigerator not cooling (purchased from another company btw). Shelly was happy to assist and got a technician out that same evening. The technician was also polite, the refrigerator was repaired that same day evening, my tennnat happy as well as me having less headache with her calling me. I'd give this company 10/10. They have won a new ustomer. I'm not going anywhere to get my appliances but Appliance Surplus!"
