"Satisfied customer at this location for years. Special shout-out to the print/business services department. They have produced high-quality posters, business cards, newsletters and flyers with short turnaround time and the best prices. Their UPS shipping services are very convenient, since the parking lot is huge. When I managed a nonprofit, we got furniture,supplies and essentials (coffee fixings) for a great price.They now have an Amazon locker in-store for pickups. They also accept free customer drop offs for Amazon returns. Their online order and pick up service is also fast and easy."

"Store itself is great, staff friendly, it’s organized, etc. The one thing that drives me nuts though is the lack of counter space when checking out. I always leave frustrated because there’s no where to PUT anything on counter while trying to show my app on phone, pay, and bag my own stuff. Maybe make some more space on the counters so I’m not frantically trying to throw stuff in my bag on the ground with stuff falling all over the place."

"Staff and resources at the print center are nothing short of amazing. They are eager to help and make things so freaking convenient. Easily the best UPS in the city as well, although they are a satellite center so probably don’t have full service. If I have a UPS package to drop off I always come here and don’t have to prepare for a headache like with going to most locations in Philly. Thanks for being a gem in a city filled with too many dysfunctional and inefficient (and rude) USPS/UPS/FedEx stores/centers. I will look into replacing my office chair just to support them."
