"We ordered a date plaque for my mom's grave March of 2024. Told it would be ready June at the latest. It wasn't so we contacted them. They didn't even have a record of it. We paid $280 dollars. We had to send them our paper work. Then asked for my money back. They contacted my husband and said they would get it done. We'll now its August and it's still not done!"

"I was recently hired on Bailey monument digging graves with the promise of 60+ hours a week . Granted it was through a temp company I had conversations of full time employment and the opportunity to be trained properly how to dig. After working 4 days at 12+ hours a day I was given a Sunday off. Sunday I called their number to see what time on Monday I would have to come in. I was told I was off. This went on until today wich is Thursday. I finally got ahold of the owner (Keith) who told me and I quote "I don't have u on the schedule." When I asked why he replied "we don't have the time to train you" . If u didn't have time to train me why hire me in the first place? I have two kids. One is 5 who is non verbal autistic and one who turned 1 the 23Rd. With the promise of these hours and the new opportunity of work I was excited. To have that ripped away and u didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know on Monday so I could look for a job shows me your character. I had to call you to even find out I was let go. I would never do that to someone . In my opinion I would never use your company just on your character. If u treat the living like this one could only imagine what you would do to the dead!"
