"Cashier was awesome and very professional. Now the lady who had to go into the back to get my items not so much. After bringing one item that was completely wrong started to argue and said it was what was on the ticket. I went to get another one and it matched the first ticket which was the item I wanted. She then went to the back to check if they had it and they didn’t magically. Says they do online and on their computer. I’m not saying she didn’t check but it was mighty convenient. I’ll stick to the one in Douglas. People are nicer. I really hope she wasn’t the manager. If so she needs to be retrained in customer service."
"We had truck trouble on the way to vacation. We made a trip back to Waycross to get some tools. The male cashier and floor worker clearly had better things to do than help customers. Very disappointing."
