"Missed 2 delivery times and then failed to secure the load and the dresser fell over and broke the top off. They failed to tell us it didn't come with a mattress. Been a customer for over 6 years and after the attitude , we are having them pickup the bed, they finally delivered 30 mins ago and WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM !"

"I appreciate that my son who I pay on an 1100 laptop, can't swap it for a better 1200 dollar laptop, because I'm apparently approved for 1000 dollars. So I get a laptop I'm not approved for, but I can't get my son the better one for 100 more? This place caused my son who is in college to reset his PC in hopes he'd have a reason to, now he's stuck with the same one and has to re-download everything. This place is awful to its customers."
