Lowe's Home Improvement

"Unprofessional and untrustworthy! I purchased an electric range stove at the end of May or the beginning of June. When I purchased the stove, it had a feature listed as back lit knobs, but when I received the stove, it did not have that feature. I called Lowes and let them know the issue, I was told he would talk with the assistant manager and call me back. Once he called back, he stated the assistant manager told him to relay to me to call the delivery company, which I felt was odd being that they only deliver the product. I called the delivery company, and she stated the same thing and that she would escalate the issue, and I should hear from the stove within 7-10 business days, and I never received a call within that time frame. I returned to the store and the incorrect information about the stove was still on display weeks after informing them. I spoke with someone that was filling-in, in the appliance area and she took down my information and stated that she would pass it to the assistant manager because she was in a meeting, she stated that she would make sure that she contacted me and if she didn't, she would reach out to me and that did not happen. A week went back, and I returned to the store and spoke with the store manager, she took down my information again, she stated that she would research it and reach out to the manufacturer and contact me, I asked her are you sure because I had been told that multiple times and yet again, I didn't hear from anyone. I called multiple times a week later and the phone would ring, and someone would pick it up and hang up. I returned to the store and spoke with an assistant manager with the incorrect display information sign still up. She retrieved my information and was on the phone with the manufacturer and stated she would give me a call because she did not want me waiting. She did call me shortly after and stated she could give me a small credit back to my debit card, I will say the credit was less than $40, which wouldn't even cover the outlet plug and definitely not the feature that was to be included but at that point I was tired of going back and forth with no resolve. I informed her my bank had switched companies, so I had a new debit card. I never received the credit and the credit I did receive was from an item I returned, and my bank researched it thoroughly. I called Lowe's back, and someone picked up the phone I could hear a lot of laughing and talking then they hung up the phone. I am not sure what's going on there, but it needs to be corrected quickly! At this time, it still hasn't been resolved!"

"Came in yesterday looking for concrete to make some patio stones for a project with my kids and Dustin in lumber was very helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me find everything on my list and a few things that weren't listed that I may have needed as well (great upseller lol)! I will definitely be back soon! The store looked very stocked and organized as well, still a little short staffed as usual but will be back because of him."
