"I just want to say wow first of all out of all the people there. there's one that sticks out like a rose in a Field of dandelions. His name is Mark on his name badge he is quick on his feet and very smart with cars and computers. I was buying a battery for my car. he asked if I wanted him to install it I told him no because it was 110 Degrees outside. But he said it would be no issue for him so I said sure he had my old battery out and the new one in less than 5 minutes on my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu I was Amazed. Because people At the 1 shop, I go to take about 30 minutes, and he did it in 5 I tried tipping him $20 even Though he declined it and then said pass it on to someone who needs it. This was Friday today I went back in there and saw him on the floor pulling Product forward before I could say hi he got up from his keens remembered my name and said is there anything I can do for you. if that does not show a Good work ethic. I don't know what does. Sadly, he is not a Manager I wish he was But the manager that was there was sitting behind the counter, watching YouTube videos, and doing nothing I think his name was Jarvis. While Mark doing all the work. I feel bad because I worked with a bad manager before So I'm writing this to hope that Mark will at least get a raise. I'm going back this Wednesday so I can buy some wipers. I hope to see Mark again."
