"What a wonderful experience that I encountered at BMO Bank! Shellcee (bank manager) there are no words to describe this young woman! She is patient and kind and thoughtful, none of the words that you’d usually use to describe a banker. Craig is the exact same way. I’ve never had an experience like this. I’l relocated from another state and these 2 were my saving grace! Please visit their branch so you can experience the exact same thing. You won’t be disappointed with their professionalism & speaking with them feels like an extension of my family I haven’t seen in a while! Now that’s what you call grade A customer service!"
