"Bob and his staff are complacent and unprofessional. I gave him my taxes in February, he had them for 4 months and did not touch them. His excuse was the he was missing information. I initiated contact on 2 occasions and provided necessary info. Bob office never once called me in 4 months! Finally, after waiting over 4 months I go to pick my taxes up and Bob has not filed an extension! When I asked him about this he was very dismissive and nonchalant about it. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real tax accountant."
