"I recently visited this branch and tried to withdraw money out of my account. The gentleman behind the counter was taking a fairly long time. When I asked him was there a issue he told me that they recently have had people fraudulently withdrawing money from accounts. In mind I’m thinking what does that have to do with me besides the color of my skin. He was very rude and unprofessional. I definitely felt like I was racially profiled. When I tried to make a complaint I was told by the bank teller I didn’t need to speak with a manager because he was going to give me my money. I will never visit this branch again."

"The staff lack sufficient knowledge or willingness to discuss anything beyond basic information. So, if you are an informed customer, there's nothing this branch's staff can help you with. Don't even try discussing anything slightly advanced, such as with what frequency your activity is reported to credit bureaus, or how long do they take to report past activity after you obtained an SSN. They don't know or are not interested in helping you besides offering basic information easily found online. I've had a disappointing experience every time I went over there. Perhaps the lukewarm reception is due to my being a PhD student receiving stipend. If that's the case, it is an extremely myopic way of conducting business."
