"We’ve had an account with his agency for over 7 years. We sold our home, moved to Illinois and have our new residence and our vehicles insured in Illinois. We received a notice from the state of Illinois stating we need to provide proof of insurance or receive a 100$ fine. . After a 30 minute conversation with Brandon requesting for our policies to be transferred to a local agent and for them to contact the state of Illinois to provide proof of insurance, was informed everything was in order and will be processed. Mind you, this was after him repeatedly requesting to keep us in their office. After his third attempt to change our minds I informed him that this will be my last time trying to get this taken care of in a civil matter. The following week we received a text from his office stating his office has been trying to contact us regarding the transfer to Illinois. The whole time we’ve had accounts at his agency we never met him. Sounds as if he is only worried about keeping accounts at his office rather than what his clients want. We will be elated to have this issue dealt with and never"
