"The ATM is still not working. Don't bother going there. At this point everyone needs to Call corporate to file a collective complaint."
"Horrible treatment, no good answers ever, no respect to a business client. Make it hard in every way, I'm a 5 decade business, insulted. Will never go back. A waste of my precious time...I have perfect credit no bad history of any kind, yet they treat me like a number, a stranger, a waste of time... a cash checking location, not good for a business... went to other location no issue.. done with the nonsense..."
"No matter the day. I can come to this particular branch and the ATM is never working. This is north county and I guess BOA does not care about the people in this area. This ATM is hardly ever working and now I have to drive Miles to another branch. It's only 2 over here but if I go south or southwest there are plenty. I think I will take my business elsewhere because they aren't properly serving this community"
"Im a person who works alot so I called off to get things situated with the bank about a debit card that was supposed to be sent out (4)week's ago. Once I arrived it was kinda busy, so I waited patiently, just to put money in the bank without a debit card. I made it to the front of the counter to put money in my account. And was told I was supposed to go talk to a specialist. I asked her why I have too and I'm just putting money in the account, I did this before, she said it with frustration that I was supposed to fill out the sheet on the other side. So I went and was told again with agitation from your employees.that I was supposed to go to the line I just left. I said I didn't have that much time to go back through a line, then I was told to go through degital pay.i asked for help but she insist that I went back through the line so I left now I'm here with the complaint because I still didn't get what I came for."
"This is a mixed review. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now. Your tellers are great, couldn't be happier with them when I get to the window. The problem is getting to the window... I come here to make deposits for my business. First, you cut the merchant drive up, then the merchant teller. Then you cut your hours during the week and on Saturdays. Now you have cut the drive through because "more people wanted to see the tellers up front" as Deryll explained to me. But every time I have been there since the drive through closed, there has been 1 teller working. I am aware people can deposit on their phones or ATMs but I cannot because I am here for a business. Now the days I am the only one working, I have to close my store for 45min to an hour and a half to stand in line at this bank. That's time and business that I am losing. It is also arguments I am getting in because people show up to pay and I am not here. This is in no way acceptable. I will not take it out on your tellers, they are wonderful and continue to be in the face of the anger they are getting from a lot of people. I know this will not effect how you choose to do your business. It's about profits, not people. At least give the tellers a raise since they are the face of the poor choices you make."
