"Door only opens about 1/5 of the time, terrible always try on the way to Lindbergh and end up driving more."
"I made several changes to my account and my account got froze. Due to the type of changes made, I had to go to an actual location and have it unlocked. Given that Bank of Americas fraud department is excellent and has helped me out tremendously in the past when I was being scammed, I couldn’t really be upset about it, as they as protecting my finances. When I attempted to go to the first location 45 min from my home, they only had 2 employees (one greeting and figuring out client needs, and the second at the teller counter). Needless to say, they didn’t have another person available to help me. So today I traveled an hour to Lemay Ferry Rd, in hopes of getting my account unlocked. When I walked in the door, it was like the gates of heaven opened and had several smiling faces greeting me, eager to help. Lauren was so kind and helpful, and after a few phone calls, was able to unlock my account. She then took the opportunity to discuss additional services available through your App that my partner and I have been searching for information on! We discussed our plans on buying a home, my partner building his credit through obtaining a CC, and something we are currently working on, which is budgeting and saving. The quality of service provided by Lauren is why I still bank here, even if I have to drive an hour to physically go to the bank. As I discussed with her, I can do 95% of my banking right through the app which is so convenient. Furthermore, through coming into the actual bank, Lauren guided me to so many services and information I didn’t even know was available. I am thrilled leaving this location and knowing I have a home bank where I will receive exceptional care and service. I was actually thinking of trying to find a local bank, but I was reminded today by this location why I haven’t and won’t switch banks! Thank you Lauren for all your help and making the trip well worth it!!!"
"Literally the best Bank Of America I have visited. State of the art banking facility. You simply need your bank card/debit/credit card to get in or even your phone. That’s how they keep any outsiders from getting in which makes this place even safer. When you do the banking, you go inside of the room by sliding your card, and you get connected instantly with a live representative who will guide you through whatever you need to get done. This is another level of banking that does not cut jobs or anything. Simply makes the process of banking FASTER and SIMPLER. When I go to other branches, I have to wait 15 minutes while the person gets back from lunch, or bathroom or whatever. I’m a business man, I don’t have time for all of that. People who are leaving bad reviews simply don’t know how to use these branches or a simply misinformed. Give this Bank of America branch a try. You will love it."
"Don't be fooled, they say you can do banking here, but it's very limited. If you aren't already a BoA customer, you can't even get in the door. Terribly lame idea for a company who is already famous for awful customer service."
"Ever see the X-Files episode in Season 11 where Mulder and Scully went to the robot sushi restaurant, Mulder was served a blob fish, then refused to leave a tip when paying, and they were each terrorized by various networked devices until they were chased down and essentially forced to leave a tip or face oblivion? This place gives the same feeling I had watching that episode, a sort of emptiness and dystopian dread. There are no people here at all, only three ATM's and a handful of rooms with screens where you can interact with a bank employee in who-knows-what location. Keep the human experience."
