"The lack of customer service and how not to intentionally embarass customers when all they have is $20 in their accounts, by verbally announcing it so your other co workers can know. It's extremely embarrassing and she continued to do this throughout the entire process. She played dumb and acted like she needed help so I can take out all the money I have left. Times have been really hard for me financially. I wasn't being disrespectful to her by any means but the fact that she chose to be wildly intentionally disrespectful to me was obvious. She should be replaced if this is how PNC bank allows workers to treat customers like this especially the ones that struggle financially."

"The absolute WORST. I am only giving them 1 star because I can't give them zero. The final straw was them giving me false information while setting up an account and making it nearly impossible for me to receive the funds. Will be closing my accounts asap. They should be embarrased."
