"I went in for my semi-weekly colonoscopy and was advised not to come back until I had my stink star cleaned and thoroughly bleached. I pulled up my pants and left in tears. I called them later that morning and advised I didn’t have the cash to bleach my brown button. All of my funds were tied up in Bitcoin. “That’s not our problem” they said. Then I heard what sounded like the teeniest, tinest fart into the phone and the line went dead."
"I recently had a visit here that made me feel like I had to leave a review to warn people. If you have an eating disorder, mental illness, or are transgender do NOT come here. So my actual doctor is motwani however I have never seen him. I've only ever seen Dr. Mike which is who this review is about. I saw him the other day for a follow-up because of some eating issues I have been having. I'm never hungry, and when I am my brain tells me I don't need to eat. It's made me weak and tired all the time, and I have previously struggled with anorexia. I told Mike about the issues I've been having and he told me I couldn't possibly have an eating disorder because I dont experience the extremist of symptoms. I mean he started going on about BMI's, being addicted to exercise, losing periods, every extreme in the book. I even confronted him and said that's what he was doing but he simply said "no, that's not what I'm trying to do" and then continued doing that exact thing. My boyfriend was there helping me because I have a horrible memory and he kept referring to me by my pronouns "he/him", to which this doctor said "who's he?" Which I would've understood, except when I brought up my ex-husband he asked "so is he actually a girl?" Implying that trans men are just girls. To which I replied "why is that relevant?" Because it had nothing to do with anything. My ex husband is a cis man by the way. He also knew next to nothing about different diets like vegetarian and veganism, and assumed that I couldn't eat processed foods for some reason. He was very incompetent and opinionated for a doctor, and even admitted at one point he might need to go back to school. Yeah no kidding. I will be filing a complaint about this, I sincerely hope he hasn't talked to other eating disorder patients like this. Someone in a worse place than me might actually harm themselves further hearing some of those things. Literally hearing someone is too fat to have an eating disorder can make them want to starve themselves more."
"I'm a new patient and have had nothing but a pleasant experience thus far. I'm 4 appointments in and the staff is always prompt, friendly and professional. Much better than my previous primary care provider."
"This place has declined significantly ever since I started seeing them in 2017. Appointments are constantly canceled and the patient is never informed about it until they actually get to the office after wasting time and gas. The "doctors" aren't even doctors; they are rude nurse practitioners with poor bedside manner. Now I find out that they're no longer enrolled in the Medicaid program and they didn't inform ANY of their patients about it, leaving us without the ability to get medications. Always have to leave messages on their voice mailbox and I NEVER receive any callbacks from them. They tried to once charge me a $25 fee for an appointment I canceled well in advance. Done with this place. I do not recommend this place at all. Unprofessional and rude."
"Been a patient for about 3 years. One of the first times I went in for a relatively serious condition, the head doctor Haresh Motwani himself was in the patient room with me and was on his cell phone the whole time while I was explaining my medical issue. Very unprofessional, especially by the head doctor himself. I have been trying to get a hold of nurse line for 2.5 weeks now with multiple voicemails left and still no returned call. I got labs done recently, then a few days later was told by a representative at the doctors office everything is fine and I am healthy. A day later I get a call with multiple prescriptions to pick up from a pharmacy with no idea about them because the doctor gave me no info regarding these prescriptions. To this minute I am still trying to get ahold of the office to figure out about these medications. Not very professional from a medical practice, especially Doctor Motwani himself. Do not recommend this doctor or office I will be finding a new once they return my call, if they do."
