"I had an appointment today. Arrived 20 minutes early and the door was locked. Waited 15 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed. Called multiple times to be sent to voicemail. I am highly upset."
"I had horrible experience here . I had problems with transportation and this was the closest high risk place I could get too . My 78 year old grandfather had to sit out in truck and for 2 hour in heat and it seemed like every ultrasound the took they always missed something. I guess this place isn't that bad if you have transportation to get there and you have the time to wait 2 hours to do your appointments but when you don't have a lot of free time and live 45 mins away it seems like you wasted a day . As far as my ultrasound I just had one done last Friday and the ultrasound tech got everything she needed and there were no problems with looking at everything she and the doctor needed . I feel like Marryville needs to step up their game but I always had issues with SSM never bjc the only reason why I went to Marryville is because I had no one to take me to St louis . My experience with this place makes me feel like SSM will just hire anyone and it seems like a lot of people are there just to get paid ."
