"This was my first ever MRI. I was so scared. From the moment I walked in the lady at the front desk was super friendly and I was calmed slightly. Then when Caitlin?(I can’t remember her name) came to get me she was super friendly. She seemed to actually pay attention to what I was saying and wanted to know what was going on and why I was there, not just wanting to get my scan done and get me out. She was very calm and nice while preforming the procedure, putting my nerves at ease. I will be using this office for any future scans if necessary, and have already recommended to others."

"Before arriving they let me know what the cost would be, also included a 10% discount for paying at time of scan. Ladies in front were super professional, appointment was at 1:00, tech got me in, got done with the scan, I was out of there by 1:05. Highly recommend. Cheaper than hospital for sure."

"Wait time was very reasonable. Reception and imaging staff were very respectful and polite. But the whole experience was ruined by somebody making up medical information and putting it in my chart where it then showed up as the reason for abnormal findings on my imaging results."

"Wonderful experience at Maryville Imaging for diagnostic testing today. Amanda was the absolute best when completing my ultrasound and really made a routine healthcare appointment exceptional. The staff from check-in through check-out were wonderful, and the facility itself was clean and updated as well. I will be returning for any additional imaging tests I might need in the future!"

"Was not a good experience for me. Waited too long in the waiting room, tech was not knowledgeable of the tests being ordered, and comparing this to the last two diagnostic mammograms I have had in the past, they barely did any images. Left me waiting initially 32 minutes and then said order was never signed, which they never asked me for the paper copy and never communicated this to me. Also you would think if I made this appointment three weeks ago, someone would have seen the order wasn’t signed. They took people that got there after me. No friendliness and bad vibe just off the whole experience. Where is the compassion and the empathic care that this type of facility should have? This should start at check-in maybe with a little eye contact and friendliness. Tech thought images for diagnostic mammogram was just one breast and then I know there was an ultrasound ordered and she said no. Spoke to doc office and they clearly said it was all ordered. I even confirmed this when scheduling this appointment everything was being done and was told yes. I was crying before they even started and questioned why they barely did any images. Why are you asking me what I am having done? Don’t you have the order right there that says Bi-lateral mammogram, which means TWO breasts. Diagnostic mammograms are much more extensive and they seemed to have only done maybe a basic mammogram if that. Tech was kneeling around on floor under me standing there with no shirt and I never saw that before either and it was super awkward with her kneeling underneath me adjusting everything. Would never go back here and called my doctor immediately. I don’t even trust the results at this point."
