"Shout out to the Anderson Hospital Imaging Center! I've recently had to have testing there two different days in different areas! Today's was an MRI and I was flat out anxious about it. The noise, the IV, the cramped environment. Olivia got me with one stick and I didn't even feel it. They made me warm and comfortable and minus the noise of the machine, was pretty relaxing! Thank you for your professionalism and empathy from everyone I saw from registration (Carleigh and Jennifer) MRI (Olivia and Tony) and Ultrasound (Sandra). Keep up the awesome work!"
"Definitely never taking my children or myself here again I don’t know when it went so downhill or how but I sat in the waiting room two weeks before Christmas never was seen found out two days later at Saint Elizabeth in O’Fallon I had no infection and they referred me to a specialist diagnosed with cancer two days later. Gave them another shot with my child put his tooth through his mouth at soccer they basically said it was a long wait and they didn’t know if they could treat him anyway because of the wound so we left after helping another patient translate because there was nobody there to do that and he was having chest pains! Only stopped there because my child was bleeding so bad drove to Saint Elizabeth was in and out with my child stitched up within two hours! Get it together Anderson it’s ridiculous at this point! If you’re waiting in their ER for 8 hours drive the extra 20 minutes down the road!!!"
"If I could give one star I would. I’ve been going to Anderson Hospital since I was a kid because it’s the closest to my house but now as an adult I wouldn’t recommend sending a dog there. The staff is very unprofessional. No matter how much pain you’re in they ignore all the signs. All they do is sit at the desk in the back and gossip. You have patients that’s literally screaming for help and when you push the button for help they act like they don’t really want to help you. The wait to get to the back is ridiculous. Anderson needs to be shut down!! I went in for pain and they sent me home and told me to get some medicine for gas so I went to another hospital to find out that I had to have gallbladder surgery. If you don’t have to go please don’t! This is just one experience I had. Worse hospital EVER!!!!"
"I had to visit the Physicians' offices. And just to let you know if you are someone who has difficulty with walking etc, you will want to bring someone with you. The parking is not great. The picture was taken from the very first handicap spot! ♿️ And then you have to walk across and up a long ramp, then across a driveway in the inclement weather to get inside the building. You might want to have someone drop you off in front of the building and park. It was very disheartening and painful on top of barely making it on time when I gave myself plenty of time to be there only to have all my time taken up slowly making my way up that ramp. Not a great setup. Unfortunately, it was just a really bad experience for me all around."
"The first 3 days, I have absolutely no complaints. Nurses were attentive to my needs. But when the "new shift" of 3-days on, came on, the slow-to-no response to requests for the bathroom and to walk the halls were frustrating. More than frustrating. Every day I didn't get to walk made me weaker. My suggestion: get a doctor to put it in your orders! I'd prefer to not return."
