"With 15 physicians to wade through it’s nearly impossible to speak with another human. Call-back was as good as I could do with a 24 hr response time. I went through the Anderson Patient portal to renew an Rx 4 days ago. I’ve been without the much needed drug for 2 days now. CVS says call the Dr., and the Anderson voicemail says call the pharmacy. I also requested the RX through both CVS and Anderson portals. I’m sure the move to centralize must have increased the fat-cat doctors’ profits, but as just one patient, it really sucks bigtime (I believe that’s a medical term)."

"Doctor turnover is ridiculous. If you're sick and established you can't get appointments for weeks. Wait times are shorter to see a nurse. Hit or miss with the staff. Sometimes a staff member is very helpful and other times you will get the distinct impression you are a bother."

"I haven't seen the same doc since they moved to large building due to turn over. Nobody answers the phone & they never call in anything to pharmacy even tho you've just seen them a couple months ago & they know you have recurrent sinus infections & the symptoms point to that clearly. Same with UTI even tho I tested for it with pharmacy kit. They're just trying to make money by making you come in repeatedly even tho u see them twice yearly in well visits to begin with. The co-pays are eating us up due to thismoney grabbing practice."

"I like the doctors(5 stars to them) but the people answering the phones need to take “nice” classes. I canceled an appointment and before I could even ask a question they hung up on me. Anywhere else I would cancel an appointment they would ask me if I’d like reschedule but nope that didn’t happen today. I’m sorry if you’re busy but I am a person too."

"Update: The same answer could have been provided as in the review reply. Glad the hospital sees the reviews quickly. Still the customer service experience has to be improved. Called to inquire about scheduling a physical exam, and the response was that she is not aware of it. Maybe asking around would have been a good thing to do. So they dont offer physical exam, hope its helpful for anyone else."
