"NEVER EVER COME HERE IF YOU ARE HURT OR NEED HELP. WORST HOSPITAL EVER! YOU WILL BE WAITING HOURS AND HOURS NO MATTER IF YOURE DYING."
"Went to Anderson because they are the local ER with a pediatrician when my son had a gash injury from a fall when he hit his head on part of his bed frame. 1. The charge nurse greeted us and got us straight back into triage. She took the effort to make the kiddos feel comfortable. I'm sad I don't remember her name! She added some extra bandages to make my son look like a mummy! In take was easy and done in a private room. It wasn't long before we were called back and we saw Dr Adonis who was amazing.."
"Waited 3 hours to even see a doctor. Seen the doctor for 5 minutes or less. I told the doctor what I thought was wrong. They ran no test to know what was wrong. Doctor then told me after the 5 minutes nothing we can do and sent me home. They rolled me out in a wheelchair because I was having problems standing/walking at the time. Cost me $1,500 that I have to pay out of pocket. Doctor told me put heat on my back and that made my back worse.Missed a week of work because i couldn't walk. Went to a chiropractic that did more for me and checked me out way better then the er doctor ever did. What a joke of a ER. Sad world we live in."
"You are better off going to Alton Memorial or any other hospital. Sat there for 3 hours with my eardrum feeling like its going to explode and hard to swallow, but because my vitals are OK compared to others I don't matter as much and a 4 to 5 hour wait in the emergency room is normal that is not normal. Sat there for 3 hours had 2 test both negative and still no one looked in my ear that feels like a ice pick is be forced in and never I got back to a room I left. They have no problem racking a bill up under your name but could care less about you and your health issue."
"This ER is horrible and I wouldn’t waste my time going there. My first time going I waited in the er for 5 hours and was told that I was next but other people who came in behind was seen before me. They ran test while I was waiting I n the waiting room but for 5 hours no one could tell me anything so eventually I left. Fast-forward to last night, I sat in the waiting room For three hours, finally got a room went back Was back there for an hour before a nurse came and hooked me up to the machine then two more hours later and not one doctor came in nor nurse came back to check on me what was going on with my body I am 14 weeks pregnant with twins and have been having breathing chest complications etc. eventually I left without being seen because at this point I’ve been there for bout 6 hours and no one has helped me … just poor service all the way around. And this Er needs to shutdown or evaluated"
