A graduate of ETSU Quillen College of Medicine, Dr. McConnell completed his residency in Family Medicine and has a deep appreciation for the patient-doctor relationship. He believes in fostering a partnership with his patients, emphasizing education on health and disease, discussing treatment options, and empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care.
