"I have worked in the medical field for almost all of my working life and I am 70. This office would not make an appointment for me without my giving them my credit card info. I am covered 100% by my 2 insurance carriers. Medical care as far as I can see has gotten so much less personal over the years it makes me sad. I would never go to a medical facility with credit card requirements as part of the appointment process. To make matters worse this office apparently prides themselves on being a Christian group."

"Counseling can be scary, especially for those who are new to it. Henegar has been such a healing place for me. If I could recommend Savanna Walker to everyone, I would. I’ve been to many different counselors but never seemed to find someone who helps me work through my problems. I’ve always felt unheard, unseen, & rushed in previous sessions I’ve had with other counselors. I can say without a doubt, I look forward to meeting with Savanna for our sessions. She is kind, soft spoken, understanding, & passionate about helping me navigate my life in healthy & meaningful ways. "I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and had to leave a message because the office staff only is only there 2 or 3 days each week. I requested a female counselor for my teenager and when I was called back she was put in with a man. I told the lady I would have to speak with my daughter about this and call her back. I called and had to leave a message because nobody has ever answered the phone. Left a message that we wanted to cancel the appointment because we wanted a female provider. Then I get a bill in the mail for a missed appointment when I called and cancelled that appointment."

"I came myself for testing. Dr. Amy Perkins was extremely professional and very helpful. There was a pretty long wait for appointments, but the process was seamless talking with Angela, the receptionist. Dr. Perkins was understanding when I was a little late, and worked to accommodate what we missed during that meeting into the beginning of the testing session. Testing is 3 sessions, an intake meeting, the test itself, and an interpretive results meeting. I thought it was a good price, though definitely a significant investment. I appreciate that they require the follow-up meeting after your test because when she walked me through the results was exceptional. She walked me through my test results with clear communication, an incredible amount of thoroughness, was incredibly helpful, communicated clearly, made sure the descriptions were individualized to me personally, and was very revealing and healing. Even when I called back because I had some more questions about my results, Angela was helpful to get me through to Dr. Perkins nearly immediately so I could get an answer to my questions. I would recommend Henegar and Dr. Amy Perkins to anyone looking for testing or help."
