"Just horrible. My appointment was at 10am. And I was not seen by anyone until 11:40. I asked them three times when the doctor will be in and every time she said I was never. And had to wait another 35 min. And they just continued to tell me that they had other patients. But if you are 10 min late due to traffic they reschedule you. And they told me ok then reschedule."

"Update Dec 23: My wife came for a routine pap smear at 11am. Another 2hr wait, parking lot and waiting room was empty by the time we left. We decided we're switching doctors. What tf is wrong with this place. From Jan 23: The wait here is INSANE. After a handful of visits, we have never waited less than 3 hours. EVER. I am genuinely envious of the other reviewers who only had to wait less than 2 hours for their appointments; I'd literally bribe someone for a 90 minute wait time. A month ago, we had a 1pm appointment... by the time our appointment was over at 4:30pm, our doctor had to grab a blood tech who was on the way out just to get blood work done, and the scheduling people had already left so we couldn't get scheduled for our next visit. They literally had to unlock the doors to let us out. Our most recent appointment was at 1pm; we were the only ones when we got to the lobby at 12:55, the third on the list to sign in. Over the next hour and a half, the lobby literally filled up and emptied before we were seen. We were finally given a room at around 3:15.. as we waited in the room, we literally got a text with the urine test results before we got to see the doctor. We weren't seen until around 3:45 that day.. 2 hours and 45 minutes: a new record. The worst part of the wait is that by the time we see the doctor, our brains are absolutely mush and we just want to leave. Bowers is great, ultrasound tech is amazing, blood work folk are nice, but whatever or whoever is responsible for managing appointments is absolutely horrible."

"Meg Brasel is my provider and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! I can tell that Meg truly cares about her patients and always takes time to answer my questions and discusses my concerns. I have PCOS and am currently TTC and I feel confident with Meg’s guidance and knowledge I will have my perfect little one someday. Thank you so much Meg, you are a blessing! "Katie Garrett is an amazing CNM. Even though I am way pass my childbearing age, I see her for all my other Female needs. She is very attentive and puts me at ease. I also have to give high marks to her aide and all the office staff, especially Melanie and Susan, who have always treated me like family and helped me when I had questions answered. I highly recommend this practice."

"I've been going here for over 6 years and have decided to leave. Had both my babies through this office and it was a fine experience overall. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. BEWARE - if you go for a routine pap smear and they find any sort of problem - you will suddenly be charged for problem/office visit. Preventative care is covered 100% by insurance, but this office doesn't file it that way. I went in for annual visit and my midwife thought she felt a lump in my left breast and talked to me about. I never felt it but her being the medical professional, i went ahead and scheduled the ultrasound. I then got a bill for that visit since she talked to me about a lump. And to make it more frustrating, there was no lump there. The ultrasound tech found nothing and didn't understand why I was there or what could have been felt. I called my doctor's office to complain about the bill and the assistant and my doctor (Amy Anderson) I spoke with agreed with me. That I should not have been charged since I didn't bring a problem to them. I went back and forth with them for weeks. Apparently they have a new office manager, Susan, who doubled down and wouldn't correct how it was filed with insurance. She was also rude. I disputed it with my insurance and they called the office to get them to re-file it and the office manager doubled down again and said it was right. I'm exhausted at this point but am changing doctors to avoid this in the future. I feel lied to as a patient when they assured that routine visits are covered 100% and refusing to fix a mistake they made or apologize in anyway."
