I can say all the people that work for this company truly are the best at what they do by far. I had brought my car to (7) other PDR places and they all denied working on the car because it was a Lucid, which is the make of the car. They were all to intimidated by it because of the build and being aluminum body. I was also told by those (7) PDR companies that saving the wrap I had on the car wouldn’t be possible with all the hail damage I had. But these guys even save that and it saved me a ton of money out of my pocket, not having to peel it off and put it back on. "We had a tremendous hail storm that blew through O'Fallon, Mo. My car was demolished with softball sized hail. The hood, roof, windshield, and right side were toast. I made my claim and waited. It was going to be a long wait. One day I saw a card on my car for The Hail Shop. At first, I was apprehensive thinking it was a place I had never heard of. I researched and ended up calling them. Heath Ballard was the gentleman that answered and he addressed all my issues. He patiently handled all of my concerns and got me going quickly handling the claim. He was even honest enough to give me accurate expectations what their shop could do with the damage done and what to expect from certain spots based on the severity. Through every step of the process, I received regular updates from Heath telling me the progress of the car and exactly what was happening. It was extremely reassuring. I would say the most surprising aspect of using the hail shop was that they offered a complimentary rental car so that I would not be without. I thought it was some sort of a gimmick or there might be some sort of a catch but there absolutely wasn't. They did exactly what they said and they provided a rental car and a nice one at that!! Had I waited for the shop that I was originally going for I would have been several weeks later having service done. The Hail Shop got me up and running much much quicker than expected. The work they did was clean, efficient, and very professional. My car ended up looking brand new again and I couldn't be more pleased. Although I hope I never have hail damage like this again I would not hesitate to call the hail shop for assistance and I would personally ask for Heath."
