"I called about rolling over a nail. They got me in ASAP. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they took my car instantly to work on it. Kevin took care of me and got me in and out and was very helpful! I had never been here so with it being my first time here I was very welcomed and taken care of. All the staff were very friendly. "I managed to get a steel pin on the sidewall of my brand new GMC Sierra tire and the team at DT managed to get me a new tire in one day. On top of that, the salesperson (Cory) got me credit on the new tire!! These days it's almost unheard of any business going out of their way to save the customer some money. Outstanding customer service and I'll be back in the future!!"

"I brought my car in when I was losing tire pressure. They informed me I had a crack in my wheel, quoted me a price for a new wheel of 250.00. I agreed and they said they would order the wheel, I was told it would be in on Friday. I explained I was leaving for vacation on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for after I returned. When I got back in town I came up for my appointment to be told they didn’t have the wheel I ordered and that if I wanted it it would cost me 655.00 more than twice what they quoted me. I was able to order the wheel brand new from the dealership for 354.00. The only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1 star is they did provide me a steel wheel to drive in till my new wheel arrived. However honesty and delivery on your commitments is a far better method of earning customers. Not trying to trap people into paying 300 more than the dealership would charge. Absolutely awful credibility with this group, but they are very friendly. I won’t be back."

"Absolutely fantastic and first-class operation. Kevin and Aaron were beyond helpful and this store has a level of customer service I haven't seen anywhere else. The price was way better than any competition I looked at. Aaron met me at the door when I got there, remembered our call, and began the process right away since he knew I had a 2pm meeting. I arrived at 12:30pm and was leaving a happy customer at 1:15pm. They even put tire shine on my new BFGs when they finished. I won't go anywhere else for tires ever again."

"Absolutely, blown away by the AMAZING customer service I just experienced at Discount Tire in Hawk Ridge. I’ve had a set of aftermarket wheels and tires put on earlier in the year and the tire sensor has been on non stop and two shops weren’t able to get it fixed. Read on some blogs about Discount Tire being able to fix the issue so stopped by to see if they could help. I pulled up and a gentleman by the name of Thomas came outside to greet me as I was getting out of my car. Told him the issue, he asked some questions, got his tool, diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it on the spot. I couldn’t even believe it and just like that got it on the rack and fixed!! Absolutely never seen anything like it. I’m a fan for life and would highly recommend this place!!"
